Tour Fee:

$3,350 Double Occupancy  |  $3,450 Single Occupancy
A deposit of $1,675 is required to reserve your place.

Fee Information:

Fee includes airfare, hotel accommodations, group travel within Japan, all group sightseeing and cultural activities, and most meals. Please see detailed itinerary at jasdfw.org for more information.

Fee does not include travel insurance or any other services not specified above.

Fee is based on a minimum of 10 participants for the full tour registered by April 24.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A partially refundable deposit of $1,675 is required to reserve your space on the tour.

The balance must be paid no later than Monday, April 24, 2017.

If you cancel prior to April 24, 2017, the Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth (JASDFW) will refund fees paid to date less a $250-per-person cancellation fee.

If you cancel between April 24 and May 18, 2017, JASDFW will issue a refund of fees paid to date only (1) if the group still has a minimum of 10 people or (2) if your space is resold. In either case, a $500-per person cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

No refunds will be made for participant cancellation after May 18, 2017.

JASDFW reserves the right to cancel all or part of the tour and refund applicable fees paid by the participant.

Reservation Information:

Reservations will be confirmed in the order deposits are received. All participants must sign and return Waiver and Release of Liability forms, which will be sent to you after we receive the deposit and completed reservation form.
